The challenge
Bring installment-based shopping to a mass-market audience with a checkout flow simple enough for first-time app users, on a catalog and payment stack that could scale with demand.
What I built
A Flutter storefront and installment-checkout experience wired to a WooCommerce-backed catalog, with the BNPL flow — plans, approvals, repayments — designed from a blank page.
Outcome
The app reached 50,000 installs and processed 12M in GMV within six months of launch, standing up as a real fintech platform rather than a prototype.
